Aisha Kamar serves The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative as an Executive Assistant. She is a supportive force that aids and empowers CEO and Founder Charece Sanders. Through cooperation and collaboration, she coordinates and assists in all administrative functions to ensure operations run efficiently.
Her priority is to make sure the organization’s goals are achieved and best practices upheld. Aisha epitomizes the values of excellent communication, flexibility, and efficiency, and hones in many years of work in a corporate environment.
She has a long history of volunteering with community organizations and programs such as Headstart, Pocono Alliance/ United Way, SIC Sunday school, and local community interfaith meetings. As a bilingual mother of three, she’s encouraged and supported her eldest daughter in establishing a not-for-profit bakery, Sweets For Humanity, to give back to those in need worldwide.
Aisha has a love for travel and a personal goal to see the many wonders of this world.
