Cafe Conversations is an empowerment-focused talk show to advocate women’s rights and to empower women and girls of all ages.

The purpose of the show is to address important life issues in a manner that is honest, goal-oriented, and entertaining as we offer up words of wisdom. We strive to do our part to uplift, educate, and encourage women to be their best at every phase of life. We continue this mission at the helm of the Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative.

In mid-March when the Covid-19 pandemic became widespread, the hosts of the Café Conversations show collaboratively started a project to feed families who are in need of assistance as a result of the pandemic called The Everybody Eats Project.

A 501(c)3 Not for Profit Organization, The Everybody Eats project is funded and run with the assistance of personal and donated monetary, food, and household item donations.

It’s necessary in order to reach those that need help the most. We thank you for helping us heal the Poconos and surrounding areas, one family, at a time. A little love goes a long way.

The Metamorphosis Rebirth Project of the Poconos was designed to empower, encourage and support women through the post recovery & re-entry process by providing a safe haven for them to obtain supportive services, mental health resources, and peace of mind after rehabilitation.

By addressing 5 crucial areas (Safe space, Healthy Lifestyle, Motivation/self fulfillment, Community and Self sufficiency) we aim to create a positive after care experience.

We aim to promote women’s health, so we established the Healthy Lifestyles Initiative within Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative.

We have social media groups related to women’s health where we encourage healthy eating along with consistent exercise. The Healthy Lifestyles Initiative now includes local Zumba classes. Read more about the classes and find information to join. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative/ Everybody Eats Project is continuing our efforts to make days a little more hopeful for families having a difficult time.

During the month of November through December 18th, 2021, we will be hosting a Toy and Gift Drive that will benefit The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital and KidsPeace Children’s Hospital for Mental Health as these facilities service our Monroe County children and the children of the Families serviced by the Everybody Eats Project.
